We aspire to equip leaders with the optimism, awareness, and foundational skills necessary for success as principals. During our one-year cohort-based model, participants will embrace a learner’s mindset to engage in equitable, adaptive, and technical skills development through job-embedded practice, micro-credentialing, and formal professional learning.

The Principal Residency Program (PRP) is designed for current, high-performing APs, who are ready to step into the principalship. PRP participants are paired with mentor principals and participate in a variety of hands-on and immersive learning opportunities.
